For the benefit of our customers and to alleviate purchasing concerns for new and existing customers, we offer a 30-day risk free trial for our products. The trial promises our customers that if they are dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason, they may return it within 30 days for a full product refund minus shipping and handling costs. Please note that this risk-free trial only applies to single unit product purchases. If you are ordering more than one of the same product, we assume that you are already familiar and well satisfied with the product, are not in need of a free trial, so the refund does not apply. Please order accordingly.

For international clientele, the money back guarantee is not offered to customers with delivery addresses outside the USA, including APO addresses. All sales are final to these destinations. We assume that international customers are familiar with their native laws and customs requirements, and the onus is on them to be familiar with importation restrictions, requirements, taxes, VAT, etc. We cannot be responsible for failure to deliver due to customs issues, shipping issues, importation costs, etc. We also are not responsible for any importation duties or taxes as they are your own responsibility. We will endeavor to help the customer however we can, but ultimately, all international sales are final and nonrefundable. All wholesale or bulk sales are also final, anywhere in the world, including the USA.
